Further impacting on our growth strategy, Cepat has tremendously added value locally this is evident via the varying equipment’s owned and the personnel trained and empowered over the years. Our local content, knowledge and technology transfer plan is aimed at increasing local personnel ratio in each project through on-the-job training, experience and certification therefore, making them available for other major projects. We also promote the improvement of our local workforce by encouraging training, both locally and in the facilities of our affiliates and technical partners abroad for a robust career development.
